Workspace

Knox Art Studio is building towards being a robust, multi-disciplinary art fabrication facility. Presently we are completely functional for pottery up to cone 6 in our electric kiln (technically cone 10, but we don't want to push that hot-box😉). We hope to have our gas fired kiln operational in late 2025. It will have a 3' x 3' x 5' kiln space with a reverse trolley style design (see image at left). We feel at that time we would be pretty solid for small to mid-sized ceramic sculpture.

Woodworking and metal working spaces are in progress and construction of those spaces proceed intermittently as time and budgets allow, but we believe it is reasonable to expect those spaces to be functional in mid 2026.
